Hi Everyone,

Welcome to the July issue of our newsletter.

At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 1.75%.

In this issue we see if it is worthwhile investing locally, see what John Symond has to say about the Sydney property market and find ways to increase your borrowing capacity. In addition, we see what the best steps are to buying your first home and if you are a first home buyer thinking of purchasing in Queensland then read about the First Home Buyer Grant that is available.

Please feel free to contact us about any matter - we are always happy to hear from you and to assist!

Kind regards,

Donna Westwood
