Welcome to the December issue of our newsletter.

At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 2%.

In this issue we discuss a question that a lot of homeowners ask "Should we buy before we sell?" See our article about the changes by the NSW Parliament whereby they recently passed laws to strengthen protection for buyers of off the plan properties so that developers cannot easily terminate a contract after a sunset date and so they can, in turn, on-sell the property at a higher price and we also show you what the prediction is in store for interest rates. In addition, see if you can purchase a property by yourself and we touch on the changes due for the First Home Owner Grant in NSW as of 1 January 2016.
