At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to leave the cash rate unchanged at 2%.

In this issue we list the lenders that have passed on the May 2015 rate cut, we touch on the first mistake most property investors make and we explain the new building laws in NSW that started on 15 January 2015. In addition, we show you how you can add value to a commercial property and we explain when you may want to consider having a Power of Attorney.
