At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia decided to once again leave the cash rate unchanged at 2.5%.

As of 29 April 2015, property owners seeking to lease or sell their homes must have their pools certified as compliant with NSW's pool fencing laws to prevent backyard drownings. If a pool owner doesn't receive a certificate of compliance, a purchaser may rescind a contract within 14 days of exchange. Therefore, you should either sell before the compulsory new pool inspection regime begins in late April, or start the time-consuming and costly process now. Many of you may have seen the article in the Sydney Morning Herald a few weeks back, however for those who didn't we have provided a link to the story here.
