Good news! At its meeting today, the Reserve Bank of Australia once again decided to lower the cash rate to 4.25%.

If you are a first home buyer looking to get your foot in the property market then remember that contracts must be exchanged before 1 January 2012 to be entitled to a concession or exemption on stamp duty for NSW property.
