Ingredients (serves 4)

2 passionfruit, halved
60ml peach schnapps
60ml vodka
2 cups chilled cranberry juice
1 cup ice cubes

Method

Strain passionfruit pulp to remove seeds
Place each of the schnapps, vodka, cranberry juice, passionfruit juice and ice in a cocktail shaker
Cover and shake well
Strain mixture into 2 glasses
Repeat with remaining ingredients
Merry Christmas
